Hey guys~ Just thought I'd update everyone on everything. xD Feeling better since last post, that's for sure~ Dunno what happened there. ANYWAYS. What's been going on with me? Nothing. School and basketball and that's about it. Amazing, I know, right?

I sumbitted my application to college last Friday, so now it's just a matter of me waiting around until I hear back from them, which will be about December 15th. My fringers will be crossed until then. Just 28 days but who's counting? xD

NaNoWrMo is going pretty well. I mean, I don't have nearly as many words as I should, but I'm about 17k now. And I decided that I'm no longer trying to get to the wordcount, rather just finish it before the end of November. Hopefully I can do that much but we'll have to see. >.<

School is...gah. Okay I guess. Alright, that's a lie. Senior year is pretty freaking easy. I'm just in a lazy mood thus it makes every single little thing I have to do annoying. D: Oh well. Basketball is at the top of the list as far as 'annoying' goes, but I haven't even started my season so I kind of need to calm down.

Oh. Also. I'M GOING TO YULE CON. It's only going to be for Sunday, but it's something, right? Dx I would be up there on Saturday, but my last basketball game is at 5:00. Meaning it won't be done until 6:30. Meaning I won't be heading up there until about 7. And I'm staying at, hopefully, ~hayatefaith and ~GohanNinjutsu's, which is an hour drive. So if we do go to the actual con then, it won't be until about 8:30/9. D: But oh well. I just wanted to see people anyways. I'm planning on bringing a sort of casual Spirit. Maybe I'll take some other YGO cosplay, maybe not. Who really knows.

And uh...I do believe that's about it. My wishlist is below, in case you were wondering~ xD

THE BASICS: write a Christmas/Holiday wish list. It can be any 10 wishes you'd like to have granted, no matter what they are. Possible or seemingly impossible. People look and grant the wishes if they can. It's not about "OMFG PRESENTS", it's about making someone else's holiday a little brighter by giving. Personally, I get more out of giving than receiving sometimes. It's just a good feeling to give.

STEP ONE

** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA.

** Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!


STEP TWO

** Surf around your friend list to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

** If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

2. To get into F&M. D: Seriously, guys, if I don't get accepted I have no idea what I'm going to do...okay, that's a lie. I know exactly what I'm going to do. I just will be doing it while being a very sad me. T.T

3. Sewing skills. I have broken THREE sewing machines trying to learn, and have gotten NOWHERE. D: I've found a way around having to really sew anything on my own (usually by the help of friends who are AMAZING. <3) but I can't keep relying on them for the rest of my cosplay career. I need to be able to make some of my own stuff. Really badly. D:

4. SEASON TWO OF BIG WINDUP. GEEZ, IT ENDED AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE TOURNAMENT, DON'T TELL ME YOU'RE GOING TO STOP. D: And that all the scanlators would get some help so that it's not as much work and things can come out faster. T.T *almost dying here because I need more ookiku furikabutte*

5. New DA icons to share with ~itaiyo As much as I love Lavi and Kanda, I feel like a change. >.< I dunno who we'd share, though. Liz and Patti? D: I really don't have any preferences. xD;

6. A new DS. D: A waterbottle broke in my purse last year and DESTROYED my last one, which makes me sad. My brother has one up in his room he's not using, but he wants me to buy it from him so I'm all 'D: REALLY?' I want to play TWEWY so bad. D:

7. To find some convention to go to so that I can see all my friends before I go off to college, wherever that may be. D: We usually see each other at A-kon, but it seems a lot of friends won't be going to that, so I need to find a way to see them some time before then. >.<

8. Money so that I can buy a Ra yellow sweatshirt from ~Pancake-mix [link] THEY ARE SO CUTE AND AMAZING AND OH GOD I NEED ONE SO BAD. D: Large oh god I need it.

9. A batman hoodie with ears. D: Apparently they were selling them at Afest, but by the time I got there, they were all out. ALL OF THEM. IT MADE ME QUITE SAD. T.T

10. EVERYONE TO HAVE A VERY HAPPY HOLIDAYS. <3333333
